Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TypingTest.club, operated by Iedvesmo SIA, a company registered in Latvia ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

The service

TypingTest.club is a typing speed test, practice, and certification platform. Core typing tests are free to use. Some features — unlimited certificates without a watermark, team dashboards, and recruiter search — require a paid subscription described below.

Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

Acceptable use

  • Do not enter another real person's name on a certificate — this is impersonation.
  • Do not use vulgar, offensive, or hateful language anywhere on the platform.
  • Do not attempt to cheat, automate, or otherwise falsify typing test results.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Certificates

Certificates reflect the result of a single timed test and the name you entered at the time it was generated. Each certificate has a public verification page. We may revoke or remove a certificate that we determine was obtained fraudulently or that violates the acceptable use rules above.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Paid plans (Pro, Team & School, Recruiter) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or yearly basis until cancelled.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency where available; the amount actually charged is the one shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page.

Cancelling stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made, including partial periods, are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Intellectual property

The TypingTest.club name, logo, design, and underlying software are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws. Your test results, certificates, and profile content remain yours; by using the service you grant us a licence to display them as part of the platform's public features (e.g. leaderboards, certificate verification pages) as controlled by your privacy settings.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Latvia.
